System Requirements
The Student Information System is a web application that runs entirely in your browser. No software installation is required on your computer or device.
Browser Requirements
SIS supports the latest versions of the following browsers:

WARNING
Internet Explorer is not supported. If you are using Internet Explorer, please switch to one of the browsers listed above.
For the best experience, keep your browser updated to the latest version. SIS uses modern web technologies that may not function correctly in older browser versions.
Browser Settings
The following browser settings are required for SIS to function properly:
- JavaScript must be enabled. SIS is a single-page application built with Vue.js and will not load without JavaScript.
- Cookies must be enabled. SIS uses session-based authentication that relies on cookies to keep you logged in. If cookies are blocked, you will not be able to sign in.
- Pop-up blockers should allow pop-ups from the SIS domain if you need to use features like print previews or document downloads.
TIP
Most browsers have JavaScript and cookies enabled by default. If you are having trouble logging in, check that your browser or any browser extensions are not blocking cookies for the SIS site.

A larger screen provides a better experience for data-intensive views such as grade rosters, registration management, and degree audits.
Mobile and Tablet Support
SIS uses responsive UI components (PrimeVue) that adapt to different screen sizes. You can access the system from tablets and mobile devices for common tasks such as:
- Checking your schedule
- Viewing grades
- Reviewing notifications
However, a desktop or laptop computer is recommended for administrative and data-entry tasks such as grade entry, registration management, application review, and system configuration.
Network Requirements
- A stable internet connection is required.
- HTTPS access to the SIS server must not be blocked by firewalls or network filters.
Accessibility
SIS is designed with accessibility in mind and supports:
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- Screen reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
- High contrast mode
- Adjustable text sizes via browser zoom
No Client Software Required
SIS does not require any plugins, extensions, desktop applications, or client-side software. Everything runs in the browser.
