There is no "open to all majors" column — eligibility is not modelled on the minor record.

Validation Rules
- Minor Code must be unique within the bulletin/catalog year
- Total Credits Required is typically 15-21 credits
- End Date must be on or after Effective Date
- If not Is Open to All, eligibility rules apply
