Derived Academic Standing

Maintained by the system, not entered on the form. The *_last_calculated stamps say how fresh the figures are — read them before presenting a GPA as current.

Validation Rules

1. Student Number must be unique
2. Person must exist before creating student record
3. Cannot change Initial Term after creation
4. Student Status changes trigger workflow events
5. Restrict to Campus enforces campus-based registration rules
