Field reference for academic advisor records. Advisor records are created when a person is assigned to advise students.

Validation Rules
- Person must exist before creating advisor record
- Person can have multiple advisor records (different departments)
- Current Advisee Count cannot exceed Max Advisee Count if set
- Student can have multiple advisors with different roles
