Repeat Override

Set when a registrar (REGISTRATION.OVERRIDE.DUPLICATE) plans a course the student may not take again (migration 287). See Repeats and Retakes.

Plan Status Values

Code	Description	Next Status
PLANNED	Course is planned	PENDING_APPROVAL, REGISTERED, CANCELLED, EXPIRED
PENDING_APPROVAL	Submitted in a registration request, waiting for approval	REGISTERED, or back to PLANNED if the student cancels the request
REGISTERED	Course was registered	(terminal)
CANCELLED	Plan was cancelled, by the student or by a cascade (a cancelled prerequisite, or a failed course or a pass below a prerequisite's minimum)	(terminal)
EXPIRED	Plan expired	(terminal)

Validation Rules

1. Student + Section must be unique (one plan per student per section)
2. Section must be in a future or current term
3. Seat Blocked reserves a seat but can expire
4. Expires At should be before registration deadline
5. Plan automatically expires if Expires At passes without registration
