Payment Plans

Configure installment payment options.

Creating Plans

1. Navigate to Billing > Payment Plans
2. Click Add Plan
3. Configure:

Field	Description
Name	Plan name
Payments	Number of installments
Enrollment Fee	Setup fee
Due Dates	Payment schedule

Plan Types

Monthly

Spread over term months:

• 4-5 payments
• Due monthly

Bi-Weekly

More frequent payments:

• 8-10 payments
• Due every two weeks

Eligibility

Configure who can enroll:

• All students
• By balance amount
• By student type
• Exclude certain populations

Auto-Pay

Configure automatic payments:

• Required or optional
• Payment method storage
• Failed payment handling

Plan Fees

Add fees for plans:

• Enrollment fee
• Late payment fee
• Returned payment fee
