Admissions Staff Guide
Admissions is no longer handled in this system
As of August 2026, applications, admission decisions, the applicant pipeline dashboard, reviewer assignments and applicant communications have all been removed from the SIS. A different system now handles them — ask your supervisor which, and where to sign in.
The pages that described those workflows have been deleted rather than left in place, because following them would send you to screens that no longer exist.
What you can still do here
| Task | Page |
|---|---|
| Creating and editing dynamic forms | Form Management |
The form builder was not part of admissions — it is a general-purpose tool for building forms, and it happens to live under the Admissions menu group. You will still find it at Administration → System Configuration → Form Builder — it moved out of the retired Admissions menu group in August 2026, but is otherwise unchanged.
What you will notice in the interface
- The Admissions menu group now contains only Form Builder. The Applications list and the Admissions Dashboard are gone.
- Menus are cached for fifteen minutes, so the old entries may linger briefly after the change is deployed. Signing out and back in, or switching roles, refreshes them.
- Applicant records still exist. A person becomes an applicant by applying, so applicants remain visible in the people and roles areas even though applications are managed elsewhere.
Historic data
Nothing was deleted from the database. Every application, decision and document that existed before the change is still stored, and remains available for reporting or for migration into the replacement system.
